Aurea Homes is a renovation brand focused on homes and workplaces in Madrid. The starting point is actual use: what needs to change, what deserves to stay and which decisions need to be made together.
Renovation connects the use of each room with layout, materials and services. Those decisions need to work together before construction starts.
An interior does not need a repeated style to have character. Classical proportions, joinery, colour and expressive materials can support different ways of living and working. The work should be explained with the same care given to the finishes.
The contracted scope should identify technical responsibilities, included design services and any partner involvement. Supplies, exclusions and handover conditions belong in the proposal.
