Renovating a house, apartment or workplace in Lisbon starts with your intended use, retained features and a defined scope.

If you are arranging work from abroad, identify an access contact and decisions that need physical samples or a visit. Scope should distinguish layout, finishes, existing services and any specialist requirements.

A whole house. A considered vision. From the first layout decision to the final joinery detail, a renovation shaped around the way you want to live.

Review layout, renew kitchens and bathrooms and integrate storage, taking account of access and existing systems.

Plan workstations, meetings and reception, with coordinated lighting, acoustics and building services.
In Lisbon, solar self-consumption and battery storage start from the household load, the available roof or façade and the electrical board. The proposal separates Aurea Homes’ work from partner work.
View the serviceProperty maintenance in Lisbon separates a one-off repair from a care plan for homes and offices. Access, priority and exclusions are written into the agreement, including shared stairs and lifts.

For Lisbon enquiries you may also specify Belém, Campo de Ourique, Avenidas Novas and Alvalade. Enquiries for Oeiras, Sintra and Margem Sul need travel arrangements confirmed. Tróia and Comporta are outside Lisbon and require separate availability and logistics assessment.
Three points to clarify before work begins. Follow-up arrangements and handover items are defined in the proposal.
How are selections compared and approved?
Start with expected use and maintenance. Compare samples together and, where possible, in the actual space. A reference image establishes the intention; a technical sheet and sample help select the product.
Record product, finish, installation and approval before ordering. If an alternative is proposed, confirm its effect on appearance, cost and supply before accepting it.
Guide to choosing materialsWhat can be followed without being at the property?
Before construction, agree a contact, communication channel, update frequency and who approves choices. Record decisions, questions and changes with their budget and programme impact.
Separate what can be reviewed through photographs or meetings from decisions requiring samples, measurement or a visit. Remote updates do not replace on-site technical checks.
What should be checked before the work is signed off?
Prepare a final review of contracted work: finishes, operation, applicable tests, cleaning and documentation. Checks should reflect the scope and each specialist’s responsibilities.
Record checks, owners and agreed dates. Confirm operating and maintenance documents, applicable warranty conditions and how questions after handover will be handled.
