Our process

How the work is defined and followed.

Before construction, the proposal should clarify work, exclusions, responsibilities, approvals and follow-up. Clients need to know what they decide and when.

  1. 01

    Initial conversation

Location, use of the space, priorities and constraints.

  2. 02

    Survey

Assess current conditions, dimensions and available documentation.

  3. 03

    Scope definition

Identify design needs, specialists and responsibilities, including partners where applicable.

The contracted scope should identify technical responsibilities, included design services and any partner involvement. Supplies, exclusions and handover conditions belong in the proposal.

  4. 04

    Proposal

Set out work, quantities, exclusions and assumptions for approval.

  5. 05

    Materials and decisions

Record references, samples and approvals before ordering.

  6. 06

    Planning

Define phases, access, supplies and client responsibilities.

  7. 07

    Construction

Follow the agreed scope and record changes and their impact before proceeding.

  8. 08

    Handover and follow-up

Review finishes, agreed cleaning, documentation, checks and warranty conditions specified in the proposal.

Materials, remote updates and handover

Materials suited to the setting, clear decisions wherever you are, and handover planned around enjoying your home.

01

Material selection

How are selections compared and approved?

Compare samples in the actual coastal light and confirm suitability for exposure, moisture and intended maintenance. For terraces or wet areas, have the specialist verify use classification and slip performance.

Record product, finish, installation and approval before ordering. If an alternative is proposed, confirm its effect on appearance, cost and supply before accepting it.

02

Following the work remotely

What can be followed without being at the property?

If you live abroad, agree access, a project contact, meetings and a decision record. Visual updates and written approvals track scope, supplies and changes; decisive samples are reviewed before ordering.

Separate what can be reviewed through photographs or meetings from decisions requiring samples, measurement or a visit. Remote updates do not replace on-site technical checks.

03

Project handover

What should be checked before the work is signed off?

Before your arrival, review contracted work, equipment tests and agreed cleaning. Handover brings together keys or access, instructions, documentation and a snagging list with named responsibilities and dates.

Record checks, owners and agreed dates. Confirm operating and maintenance documents, applicable warranty conditions and how questions after handover will be handled.

FAQ

What to decide before requesting a proposal.

Can I arrange a renovation while living abroad?

Yes. Agree a project contact, access, update frequency and an approval record. Some decisions need physical samples or a visit; technical inspections take place at the property.

Which services are available on the Costa del Sol?

Full renovations of villas, houses and apartments, kitchens, bathrooms, home offices, garages and wellness spaces. The annual home-care programme brings together maintenance, pool and garden care, cleaning, laundry, car washing and inspections under the agreed plan.

What should I send for a quote?

Location, photographs, available plans, intended work and your preferred occupation date. State whether the property will be occupied and who can provide access.

Can handover be planned before I arrive?

Your intended arrival guides the programme. The schedule is confirmed after assessing scope, approvals, supply and construction. Handover includes the agreed review and documentation.
