For a second home, confidence also comes from the process. We agree a contact, decisions, supplies and handover conditions. Specialist work is coordinated through the company or confirmed partners within the agreed scope.

The contracted scope should identify technical responsibilities, included design services and any partner involvement. Supplies, exclusions and handover conditions belong in the proposal.
