In plain terms: we inspect your home once a year, agree what needs doing and when, take care of it through the year, and you have one number to call the moment something goes wrong.
Most homes do not need a renovation every year. They need someone paying attention. Aurea Home Care is the ongoing side of the relationship, for homes lived in every day, and for homes that sit empty for months.

Aurea serves homeowners in Portugal and Spain, with a focus on Lisbon, Porto, the Algarve, Madrid and Barcelona. If your property is elsewhere in either country, tell us where and we will be straightforward with you about whether we can help.
Three things: transformation (full renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, interiors), improvement (energy efficiency, solar, HVAC, insulation, windows) and maintenance (repairs, servicing, preventative care).
We assess the property first, then produce a written scope and price. You approve that before any work begins. We do not give numbers over the phone that we cannot stand behind.
An Aurea contact reviews what you have told us and comes back to you to arrange a home assessment. If what you need is outside what we do, we will say so.
Yes. Managing work remotely is one of the main reasons homeowners come to us. You get one accountable contact, written updates and a documented record of everything done to the property.
